Overview
Client recognized an opportunity in the market to acquire small, privately held accounting and other financial-focused firms whose owners are looking to retire but have no clear succession plan. They needed help developing the correct strategic position and brand to attract new firms for acquisition and to assist their current firms with existing customers as they transition to the new ownership.
Objective
Develop an ownable, scalable, and credible brand identity that attracts potential business owners, while simultaneously adding in a sense of presence and trust that lends credibility to the newly acquired firm with their customers.
